VISIT SUTHERLAND SHIRE COUNCIL WEBSITE FOR ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

On receipt of your booking, a permit will be sent to you which will be validated once your payment is received. All payments must be made at council's Administration Centre at Sutherland. Key considerations include; Sutherland Shire Council requires that the Public Liability Insurance be arranged prior to your wedding. Public Liability insurance is provided by Council for a reasonable fee Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of all payments The permit authorises both Wedding Ceremony and photos on the defined location At no time is obstruction of public access to beach permissible Council is unable to prevent the general public from entering the area you will be conducting your service No confetti is to be used on the beach or surrounding parks, paved areas or streets, however, flower petals are acceptable The area is to be left in a clean and tidy condition Weddings should only include minimal set up requirements. Catering, tents, chairs etc are not permitted Fees; Wedding fee = $67, Insurance for less than 50 people = $17, Insurance for more than 50 people = $63IMPORTANT: this information refers to bookings for the actual beach (sand) areas.
